小坩堝加熱方案

加熱30ml小坩堝至1000度,估計功率要到1.5-2kw.特向各位高手尋求合適電路.
備注:不可以用IR2110之類的集成電路

使用 KE_ENG1感應機, 輸入電壓 220V 工作電流 6.2A

加熱后 30 秒鋼杯溫度 800 度, 鐵居禮點呈現, 電流下降執行跳頻程序, 否則鋼杯溫度加不上.

加熱后 40 秒鋼杯溫度 1200 度, 鐵高溫震蕩點呈現, 此時因為鐵內熱循環, 諧振頻率變化很大, 感應機減緩追蹤速度.
