求助:一臺(tái)雜牌LGK8-63等離子切割機(jī)起弧不良
一臺(tái)雜牌LGK8-63等離子切割機(jī),上海星翔有限公司育英分公司生產(chǎn),故障是起弧不良,按下手把開關(guān)通氣正常,放電器上有火花,火花強(qiáng)度比氬弧焊機(jī)的強(qiáng)多了,放電器間隙約0.5毫米,空載電壓263V,偶爾能起弧,起弧后工作正常,小弟平時(shí)修氬弧焊機(jī)較多,頭一次修等離子切割機(jī),還望各位大蝦多多指導(dǎo)!

應(yīng)該是2.4K100W的電阻壞了把
您好,昨天在觀察時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)在輸出上正極至高頻電感前端并了兩個(gè)串起來的電阻,一個(gè)100W10歐一個(gè)100W2.4K,在2.4K的電阻上還并了一個(gè)450V330uf的電容,該電容沒有固定,只用電線接在了電阻的引線端子上,甩在機(jī)殼里,電容身上用絕緣紙包了一層,上面又纏了些做變壓器的那種膠帶,在膠帶上看到像磨破一樣的痕跡,但又像是放電造成的,索性拆了膠帶,發(fā)現(xiàn)膠帶每一層都被擊穿了,絕緣紙上也有打火的痕跡,在拆膠帶時(shí)稍微牽動(dòng)了引線結(jié)果就把2.4K電阻的一個(gè)引線端子給掉下來了,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)把電阻處理好了,電容也套了熱縮管,明天接空壓機(jī)試試,應(yīng)該沒問題了,現(xiàn)在就是不能確定那個(gè)2.4K的電阻原來是壞的,還是被我弄壞的,要是原來是好的的話,可能還有別的原因,先謝謝各位熱心的幫助,小弟無以為報(bào),只能把修機(jī)時(shí)的過程盡可能詳細(xì)的寫下來,希望對(duì)大家有幫助!

高頻弱或放電間隙太小或氣壓高...
機(jī)子的高頻很好,只是這臺(tái)機(jī)子引弧部分與其他機(jī)子略有不同,將我收集的圖紙和自己畫的本機(jī)圖紙對(duì)比,我覺得此機(jī)調(diào)大放電間隙會(huì)使引弧變差,上圖請(qǐng)大家分析一下!
