其實(shí)就是一個(gè)普通的通信電源,現(xiàn)在這種電源都帶MCU,實(shí)現(xiàn)一些保護(hù),通信,參數(shù)在線設(shè)置等功能,不要大驚小怪.

最外面的四個(gè)線圈都是輸入和輸出的共模濾波電感吧?為何不見輸出整流后的差模濾波電感?

有電路圖有分享么?

帶載啟動(dòng)性能怎么樣?

量產(chǎn)好多好多了,啟動(dòng)沒有問題啊,為什么這樣問?

我同事以前做的時(shí)候會(huì)炸機(jī),,,,,電路跟你的差不多,,,,

24臺一齊滿載老化,沒有炸機(jī)現(xiàn)象發(fā)生.

不知你的和螞蟻電源的是否同樣的拓?fù)?如果是,那叫LLC.沒有后面的續(xù)流電感.
一般LLC的效率比較高,可以全程軟開關(guān),沒什么奇怪的.效率可達(dá)95-96,PFC效率可達(dá)97-98,總效率可達(dá)93%左右.
我并不是專做通信電源的,不過幫別人看過.
效率與拓?fù)溆嘘P(guān),與器件和材料的選擇,還有工藝關(guān)系也很大.現(xiàn)在臺達(dá)與外面合作在搞一個(gè)電源,1KW功率,控制和功率部分才一個(gè)半轉(zhuǎn)模塊那么大.

有可能是芯片沒有調(diào)好吧,,,,你們用的是啥芯片,,,,控制部分好調(diào)嗎?
